Sustainable Enniscorthy were delighted to partner with Wexford County Council again to host a Halloween Costume Swap Shop on the 14th of October. Thanks to everyone who took part, to all the parents, children, repair demo volunteers, Geraldine The Seamless Seamstress and Joan, Wexford County Council Environment Section staff and Sustainable Enniscorthy & Enniscorthy Tidy Towns volunteer helpers. Approximately 67 items (costumes, hats, masks, accessories) were exchanged for #Reuse and saved from landfill. We hope to do it again next year. #CircularLiving #SustainableHalloween We are looking forward to seeing these costumes out and about over Halloween! Following on from the success of previous Slaney Kayak and Clean events, a group of amazing volunteers set 'sail' from Edermine on Sunday 22nd of September with Go Paddle. It was a great event and enjoyed by all despite a chilly day. Well done to all involved.
